Parade and/or Special Event Permit Application Guidelines and Form

Parade and/or special events permits are required for any organized event involving the use of, or having an impact on public property, sidewalks, or roadways.  The City of Bennettsville's (COB) goal is to assist event organizers in planning safe and successful events that create minimal impacts on the communities surrounding the events. 

Complete the application 45 days in advance of the event and submit it to Jaharra.graves@bennettsvillesc.com. There is a $50 application fee, payable by check, cash, or money order due when submitting the application. You can make the payment in person at the Visitor's Center, 304 W. Main St., Bennettsville. If you have any questions, give us a call at 843-45-2142. Due to a staff shortage you may have to leave a message and someone will return your call.
