The City of Bennettsville has an opening for a Water Plant Operator Trainee at the Water Treatment Plant. Knowledge of mechanical and operating characteristics and maintenance requirements of surface water and well water treatment are required. Applicant should have a High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience. Applicant must have the ability to obtain a Water Treatment Class D Certification within the first year. A valid SC Driver’s License is required. Some knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook applications is desired.
