The City of Bennettsville has an opening for a Fire Fighter. Applicant must be at least 18 years of age. Applicant should have any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school and have at least one year’s fire service experience. Applicant will respond to emergency fire related situations.

Applicant must have a valid, S.C. Driver’s License. Applicant will be required to successfully complete a physical agility test.

Certifications required: IFSAC Firefighter 1 & 2, Pump Ops 1, Emergency Vehicle Driver Training, CPR & First Aid, Emergency Medical Response, NIMS — 100, 200, 300, 400, 700, 800.
