The City of Bennettsville has an opening for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary liaison between the
citizens of Bennettsville and the city government. This position is responsible for addressing and resolving complaints, concerns, and issues raised by residents,
ensuring transparent communication and fostering a collaborative relationship between the city and its community members. The Customer Service Representative works independently to investigate complaints, mediate disputes, and recommend solutions to improve city services and policies.
Applicant should have any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school. Applicant must have 3-5 years of previous clerical experience. Applicant must have excellent communication skills (oral and written). Applicant must be computer literate with experience in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel. Applicant may be placed on a variety of assignments based on staffing and business needs.
