The City of Bennettsville has an opening for a Community Center Manager. Applicant will manage and direct the services of the facilities, community programs, planning, organizing, and supervising TPR staff, oversee the preparation and maintenance of departmental records and files, services, activities and related work. Educational and skills requirements include bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/ tourism or related field with a minimum of one-year supervisory experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered as well.
Applicant must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with diversified groups of the public. This person is expected to work under general supervision, be a team player, assist coworkers as needed, and be willing to work a full-time flexible schedule. Applicant must possess a valid South Carolina driver’s license.
