The City Judge presides over the Municipal Court. The Municipal Court tries all cases arising under the City's Code of Ordinances and other rules and regulations and regulatory actions of the city and its officials. The department consists of two positions; one Municipal Judge, and an Assistant Municipal Judge. Municipal Court facilities are located on Market Street behind the Marlboro County Courthouse. Court is held each Wednesday afternoon at 1:00 p.m.
